Advanced Dynamics is pioneering something new in the British Packaging industry. Though Irplast, Italy has invented the technology, which is known as the ‘linerless labeling system’. The technology is been brought by Advanced Dynamics. The labels are environment friendly and promise to retain the freshness of the foods that are been packed.

 

The polypropylene (BOPP) film is a revolutionary new feature that totally removes the need for paper backing on the bottles. This is a great saving for the environment too as there is less consumption of paper. Time taken is also less for labeling as the changeover time is reduced by 50%. Since the film is solvent less, it doesn’t stick to the bottle but rather clasps the bottle. Removal of the label is easy and gives a clean look to the bottle, instead of flecks of paper, which sticks on during the removal of the bottle.

 

This system can be easily customized for any packaging machine and can suit various sizes, shapes and formats. The system has become very popular in Italy and is used by various food-packaging industries.

 

Using this system, the manufacturer can have many applications such as primary labeling, re seal features and multi pack labeling. Reseal features is especially useful in the coffee, dried fruit, pickles and even the pasta food packaging industry.
