The machine adopts advanced industrial control technologies. By man-machine interaction, adjustments for widerange pocket length and packing speed variations can be made easily and precisely. Touch operations on a chromatic liquid crystal display can perform most of function settings. And the operations in Chinese prompting are made clear and simple.
The seal part of the machine includes hot vertical rollers and hot horizontal rollers. The seal uses sealing roller system, and the figure is a complete and continuous tooth. The packed materials flow into the shutter chute after precisely measuring into the pouches by on and off the shutter. The measuring device can adopt many system, such as the weighing turntable and screws. The cutter devices can use three systems as follows: Flat without I-cut, zigzag cutter and flat with I-cut. Machine also equips with I-notch device for opening the pouches easily.
