Pay for manufacturing particular dimensions of Stainless Steel Sprocket Axle Bore is acceptable.
S-HW is the hub dimension of Stainless Steel Drive Sprocket.
It is acceptable to manufacture and process the Stainless Steel sprocket in any teeth and any dimension of its bore specially.
Sprocket Spacing of Belt
The graph above is the spacing data of sprocket center; these data are approximations and for reference only. Please give priority to the actual position that sprockets engage with belt while designing and processing.
Please refer to the curve data and set the spacing while installing sprockets. It must be allotted averagely and smaller than the curve data.

No regular limit to the lines of side guard on the belt. It will depend on users demand; concerning to the processing limit, please inquire the local agency or our technologic department in advance.
Steel Link
In order to increase the belt tensile strength and make the heavier loading design in conveyance, you can choose to install stainless steel links; there is no limit to the lines of arrangement. However, the plastic rods should be replaced by stainless steel rods.
The rate of thermal expansion and contraction will be replaced after installing stainless steel links. It is very suitable to apply in the steam or boil environment with high temperature; it is also suitable for IQF conveyance.
For the specification of stainless steel link, please refer to Engineering Manual.
After installing stainless steel rods, the weight of the conveyor belt will increase about 80%.
The weight of steel links is 0.06kg per meter.
Application Restriction
Please carefully study the instructions on the engineering manual before any application of EASECON conveyor belt.
Do not apply the conveyor belt in any high temperature baking, hot oil frying and direct firing environment.
Static Electricity will generate due to the friction when EASECON belt is applied in dry environment.
If the conveyor belt is applied in the environment which is not listed in the the safe Factor in the manual, EASECON conveyor belt may not suitable for the application.
