Engagement
Sprockets must engage with the belt correctly as shown in above picture, and keep the operation in a regular and smooth condition.
Bidirectional Operation
The conveyor belt of Series 300 can make bidirectional operation when the conveyor system is proceeding. However, it is necessary to install sprockets in reverse arrangement as shown in above picture.
Sprocket Spacing of Belt
The graph above is the spacing data of sprocket center; these data are approximations and for reference only. Please give priority to the actual position that sprockets engage with belt while designing and processing.
Please refer to the curve data and set the spacing while installing sprockets. It must be allotted averagely and smaller than the curve data.
Minimum Inside Radius
The curved belt has a regular limit of the minimum inside radius; it should be over 2.2 times the width of belt.
While the conveyor belt passing through the turning position, the belts on inner side will be contracted and extruded because of the fan-shaped motion. Pay attention to if there are any transporting goods sink into the open area and not able to be extruded. Please consult with our agencies and ask for samples to test yourselves.
Concerning to the design points of curved belts, please refer to the specification of curved belts in Engineering Manual.
Traveling Direction
When the belt proceed the turning movement, please refer to the correct traveling direction of the belt in above picture before designing and installing.

Application Restriction
Please carefully study the instructions on the engineering manual before any application of EASECON conveyor belt.
Do not apply the conveyor belt in any high temperature baking, hot oil frying and direct firing environment.
Static Electricity will generate due to the friction when EASECON belt is applied in dry environment.
If the conveyor belt is applied in the environment which is not listed in the the safe Factor in the manual, EASECON conveyor belt may not suitable for the application.
For the application of contacting with chemical materials, please refer to Chemical Resistance Guide.
The information of the Engineering Manual is for reference only. EASECON does not take responsible for the property damage, personal injury, damage and failure caused by the improper design, application, installation, operation and so on.
If you would like to discuss the CAD design drawing with us, we recommend you to provide the file in DWG or DGN format and send it to us. For the reply to all inquiries, we also provide file in DWG or DGN format only.
