As the exclusive technology of Newamstar, ultra clean filling is also called moderate temperature filling. It is designed to make use of the standard PET bottles utmost limit of heat bearing point. In this way, there is no need to use the heat resistant bottle so that the production cost is decreased. As the filling temperature is lower, the sanitary requirement and the microorganism control are stricter. 5-in-1 ultra clean filling system has two rounds of sanitizer rinsing and sterile water rinsing. Some parts design is the same with that of aseptic filling.

Technical features:
The air conveyor is directly connected with starwheel. The starwheel has the bottle separation function and bottle neck holding device. When the bottle size is changed, only few parts of spares need to be changed.
Bottle transferring is by bottle neck holding way. Few parts of spares need to be changed when the bottle size is changed.
Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
The filling valve is of high speed and large flow, easy to clean, with CIP circuit and control procedure, the equipment could be cleaned completely.
The bottle-out starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain’s height, just change some arc and starwheel which will only take 10 minutes.
This machine is for the production of tea drink, juice, and functional beverage.
