Overview
The BestPack CT SERIES operator free, four outer edge carton sealing machines, using pressure sensitive tape. These machines are designed to eliminate costly hand taping of the four outer edges where pilfer proofing and protection of your product from outside environment is necessary. The units are designed with an automatic 90? box turner.
The CT4E22 edge sealers require 100 PSI and 10 CFM of air, and standard 110V 60 CPS, single phase current. (Unless otherwise specified at time of order.)

BestPack was founded in 1973 in Taiwan primarily to develop and manufacture machines for automation. By inventing the first automatic bamboo shoot peeling machine in the world, BestPack established a reputation in machine engineering design in Taiwan.
During the 70s, the export boom hit Taiwan and brought with it prosperity. Starting with automatic strapping machines and carton sealing machines, the legendary model 3ALR (MT12-2 as it is known in the U.S) was designed and sold to 48 different countries in the world. Today, BestPack has over 80 different models of carton sealing machines, whether using OPP pressure sensitive tape, water activated tape, staples, or hot melt glue.
In the 80s the economies of the Far East all prospered with Japan leading the way. Through this decade of growth, BestPack not only patented numerous pieces of packaging machines but set up major distribution in Japan, the Far East, and Europe. In 1984 BestPack started Marketing in the U.S. Its broad line of carton sealers, shrink wrap systems, and strappers were sold under private label. During this period, BestPack put together systems with shrink wrappers, case erectors, case packers, carton sealers, strappers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.
The 90s was the period in which Taiwan leaped into the high tech industries of computer and communication. BestPack grew from a simple packing machine manufacturer to designing, manufacturing, and installing multi million dollar turn-key systems using high tech scanners, PLCs, and computers. Today, BestPack has grown to encompass three manufacturing plants in Taiwan as well as another plant in Claremont, California, which opened in 1999 and is located on 16 acres of land.
