The whole process of the machine,cup dispensing,powder flashboard filling,screw filling of solid material,lid sucking and placing,dot sealing, heat sealing,seasoning pack sucking and placing,plastic cover sucking and placing,cover=pressing,cup discharging,are all under fully automatic control.The machine is used for filling and sealing of products like spaghetti,macaroni,power,other dry material and the Instant noodle.
The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packaging equipment with advance technology,good function,reasonable structure,reliable performance,easy and stable operation,and convenient for maintenance.It uses PLC+ Touch screen control.The electrical and pneumatic components for the machine are mainly imported from Japan or Germany.
